PROFILE

Rusdy graduated from the International Islamic University, Kuala Lumpur inYear 2000with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons). He served his pupilage in Lim & Yeoh in the same year, where he has demonstrated a penchant for civil litigation. After pupilage, he immediately practised in the area of civil and criminal litigation with Kamarudin & Partners where he was placed in charge of the civil litigation department. Rusdy rejoined the Firm in Year 2002 and today heads the litigation department, and has been promoted to be a partner in the Firm. He is primarily engaged in litigation works, and corporate conveyancing works. He has also been involved in advisory and civil litigation involving state governments, joint-venture disputes, foreclosure, debt-collection and various commercial litigation.
